Cher is a 8 month old Aussie/Collie mix pup who weighs approximately 30 pounds. At her young age, Cher is surprising her foster mom with how quickly she's learning the "tricks of the trade". She's alerting to venture outside for a potty break and when she's hungry and needs a snack.
Cher isn't only smart, she is also surprisingly fitting in really well with 2 veteran kitties and a toddler! She's interested in what the cats are doing at home but also knows to give them space if they want it -- and she's already besties with the toddler of the house, giving her 1,000 kisses every morning, playing (gently) with her in the afternoon, and allowing her to lead her on the leash during walks.
While Cher has no issues in the kennel, mom and dad haven’t been requiring it while they’re away, as she hasn’t shown any destructiveness. Mom and dad have noticed that loud noises do frighten Cher along with big cars, but other dogs in the neighborhood seem to be no problem. So far she seems to be adjusting really well to family life! She loves walks, playtime, and anything where her "people" are hanging out. She would be the perfect addition to any family willing to give her love and attention!
