Walker is an enthusiastic love and attention sponge who only wants to please and be your best friend!
Treats are okay, but he what he really wants is his ears and tummy scratched! He loves to play fetch and go for walks. He is housebroken and crate trained. Most mornings he heads for his crate when I grab my shoes without being told.
Walker completed a 3 week in-kennel program to jump start his training last summer. He does well on a leash and we enjoyed many trips around Lake Calhoun. A couple of things that we are still working on - he jumps, not on you, but straight up in the air, when excited. He likes other dogs, but sometimes plays too rough which can lead to issues. Great with kids, but sometimes in his excitement forgets how big he is and needs to be reminded.
Walker is a remarkable boy! His pictures do not do him justice as he so handsome and very unique in his color.
