Jake is unbelievably great with other dogs and amazing with kids.  He is energetic, fun and full of life.  He loves to play, run and have a great time.  Because of his spice for life, we highly recommend a large, fenced backyard so he can run and play to his heart’s content. Fosters have been working with him on basic obedience.  He is not food aggressive, and he rarely barks.  It had been four days until we heard him bark for the first time. We have never heard him whine or growl. He does great in a kennel.  Jake loves chew toys, so he needs lots of toys that he’s allowed to play with and chew on.  He is the biggest lover of a dog and thinks he is a tiny lap puppy! Jake also has a zest for hunting he loves to chase squirals and other small furry creatures, and so he would probably be best in a home without cats.
