Hey!  Your doctor called and asked if I can fill a tall order from you.  He says that you need more joy in your life.  He says that he prescribes a health program to get you moving more, laughing more, playing more and loving more.  Also, did you know that loving a dog can reduce your blood pressure, increase endorphins which make you feel happier and calmer?  Small children that live with a dog have less chance of suffering from asthma.

I know this is a difficult prescription to fill and so far no single medication has been able to accomplish so much.  Your doctor is pretty smart to think of me.  You should take his advice.  In addition to all of this, given the correct documentation, I could legally become an emotional support dog or therapy dog.

Hard to believe a big ol' chocolate lab like me can accomplish so much, but I'm just that kinda guy.  I'm only a year old and I still get excited but I have a very gentle mouth and one of my favorite cuddle positions is to rest my front half in your lap (I'll crawl all the way up if you let me) and rest my cheek against yours.  I'll play all day at the dog park if you let me.  I'm super good with other dogs and people of all sizes and shapes.  I would love to be your work out partner and take walks every single day.  It's good for me and your doctor said that it's good for you too so I should take you along.  He said it's one of my jobs.  Once I get our energy out, we'll be ready for a good cuddle so we can work on that whole blood pressure/endorphin thing.  Leave it to me.  All you have to do is sit with me and pet, pet, pet, love, love, love.

You know not to ignore your doctor's recommendations, right?  Fill out an adoption application so we can get the ball rolling.  2015 is your year to make good things happen.  Your doctor will be so proud.

Maddox's adoption fee includes: rabies vaccination, DHPP vaccination, de-wormer, 4DX heartworm/tick disease test, neuter, flea and tick preventive, heartworm preventive, pre-paid micro-chip, and a full veterinary exam. Adoption fee: $295.00
