Lady (AKA "Mama" "Grasshopper")is a border collie and husky mix. She is 2 1/2 years old. Lady is a very sweet gentle girl. Her life before she she was rescued wasn't the ideal life for any dog. She has done very well adapting to a home life. She adores her foster mom and love's to be near her at all times. She has made her spot next to her on the couch. She gets along great with her foster mom's Pitbull (male/Neutered) and her Shih tzu poodle mix (male/Neutered). She would do great in a home with other dog (s). She is a people pleaser and love's a lap to lay her head on. This sweet Lady has had two litter's and her current litter consists of 7 girls and 1 boy. Her foster mom is working on house training and basic commands as in sit, stay, no, go potty and come. She does well walking on a leash. She isn't used to a kennel but her foster mom is working on it and she says she is doing great. Her favorite things to do outside are play ball and catch bugs. She barely barks but does when new people come to the fence.
