Macy is doing well and is very sweet. Her temperament is perfect. Macy loves to play with the big dogs and is not one bit timid or aggressive with toys or food. More play the better as far as Macy is concerned. Her energy level is moderate though is up for any kind of fun. Macy loves to be outside and play in the snow and leaves. Her small size doesn’t seem to keep her from finding adventure in the largest of snow banks.

Macy discovered the cat her first day. Our cat has seen enough dogs to know not to run and took it all in stride. Their encounter was more of a licking fest. Macy is excited every time to see the kitty when coming in from outside but will quickly go on to some other adventure. I think she will do great in a home with a cat.

We have been working on quiet time in the kennel and potty time. Both are going well. Macy is very adamant about alerting when in her kennel that it is time to go outside. She has done best in a metal kennel where she can see everyone. 

Macy can sleep for 5-6 hours during the night without accidents. If she awakes in the middle of the night, a quick bathroom break and a few instructions to quiet back down and go to sleep, we are good till morning. I would recommend sleeping in the same room as Macy as she really likes the companionship to know you are there.

I have a home office and Macy naps in a large laundry basket with all her toys. When she is not napping she is playing quietly. Even my own dogs have never been so great in the office. Macy is quiet and can entertain herself for hours. She is a great office mate.

Macy is excellent in the car. I have her on the front seat with me when I drive and she naps there sweetly.

Macy would be an excellent pet for any family or person. She is gentle, easy going and sweet. 

Macy's adoption fee includes: DHPP vaccination, Bordetella vaccination, de-wormer, pre-paid microchip, and a full veterinary exam:$300.00
