A fun loving dog that still has plenty of energy to play even though she is getting closer to being a year old. She enjoys having her ears rubbed especially but will take a full body rub if anyone is willing to give her one. Since being with us a month, she has progressed excellently with regard to being fully kennel and house trained. In addition, she has learned to sit and stay on command along with shaking hands especially when you have a treat waiting for her. She follows her foster mom all over the house and is very good about walking throughout the house without chewing on anything. She will only chew on what is hers. Finally, she loves playing with her playmate, Sugar. They will play all day non-stop if permitted. She has become a real pleasure to have in our house.  Hazel will do well in a home with a dog buddy.  She does not like being left along but when she has another dog with her she can hang with her buddy when her people are gone. 

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
