Bear  is a great dog. He is super smart and eager to please. He is rapidly learning how to walk on a leash, sit and lay down. He loves to play with other dogs but can get a little rough so playmates should be large breeds.  Bear  loves attention and will happily let you pet him as long as you want. He does well with cats, he mostly just sniffs them but will chase them if they run as he thinks they are playing. He is fully housebroken and we are working on crate training. He goes into a crate willingly but will whine for a bit. He is a high energy dog so he will need to be in a home that has a yard that he can play fetch in or that will take him for a walk every day. 

Bear's adoption fee includes: rabies vaccination, DHPP vaccination, Bordetella vaccination, de-wormer, 4DX heartworm/tick disease test, neuter, flea and tick preventive,(seasonal) heartworm preventive (seasonal) pre-paid micro-chip, and a full veterinary exam. Adoption fee: $300.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
