Hello Boxer Lovers!  I am Bella, 10 year old female Boxer/Dalmation mix.  While I am a larger dog, I am a gentle giant!  I am affection and attention motivated and love being with my humans. I will do best in a home where my humans are home most of the time.  A kennel is not for me. But I am very respectful of furniture and beds unless invited to be on them. At night I sleep in a bed next to my foster mom's bed. I don't mind other dogs but often bark at them in a friendly way to ensure I get a proper meeting. I do well with kids as young as 2. Cats are okay as I tend to ignore them. 

I am in rescue due to no fault of my own.  I was adopted from rescue as a puppy and lived a good life with a loving family.  However, my owner became ill and needed help from the rescue.  I am starting to bounce back and be less sad with my new foster family.  My foster mom says I am the best foster Boxer she has ever had because I know my name; I know how to listen; don't jump on people; don't bark at every stranger; and I walk ok on a leash!  I am so gentle because I grew up with little kids. These past few weekends I have been able to go to the lake and play on the beach.   However, I have not waded in the water yet.  I will make a good companion.  I can't wait to meet you!

Bella's adoption fee includes:  rabies vaccination, DHPP vaccination, de-wormer, 4DX heartworm/tick disease test, spay, flea and tick preventive, heartworm preventive, pre-paid micro-chip, and a full veterinary exam. Adoption fee: $150.00 

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
