My name is Ozzie, I'm a Bichon mix about 8yrs old. My foster mom calls me "little dude". She loves that I'm 100% house trained, I don't chew on anything other than my toys. I also like playing tug with the fleece rope. Last year the vet said I had Diabetes. I get insulin shots twice a day. They don't even bother me.

I know my name very well. My foster family enjoys being able to walk me without a leash. If I get side tracked smelling something good, they just call my name & I come running. In the evening we all have a treat while relaxing on the couch & watching TV. I really like this snuggle time :-)

I'm pretty easy to take care of. I LOVE being around people. If I could sit on a lap all day, I would! Did I forget to mention how much I like car rides? Riding with the wind in my hair feels amazing. Don't let the fact that I have diabetes scare you. Insulin only costs $28 a bottle.  A bottle lasts 3-4 months, that's less than 50 cents a day! My original owner passed away & my foster mom has been great, but I sure would like a permanent home.

Adoption fee $150.00. 

Ozzie's Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, dewormer, Distemper vaccine, Rabies vaccines, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (heartworm/tick disease screening), neutered and heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. 

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
