Tuffy is a 3-year-old male Bichon-dashound mix. He is white and cream. He weighs about  20 lbs. He is good with children and dogs, not good with cats. He is kenneled trained and is kenneled during the workday. Tuffy is potty trained but marks in the house. He is not leash trained but he enjoys walks. He does not have any formal training but he listens when you call his name. Tuffy barks quite a bit outside at other dogs and inside as people walk by the window but his bark is a deeper bark, not high pitch. When meeting new people, Tuffy is shy at first but warms up after some time. He loves to play outside and run in the yard but he also loves to cuddle. He has a moderate amount of energy and needs a moderate amount of exercise. Tuffy has bichon hair so it needs to be groomed and cut a couple times a year and brushed regularly. He does not seem to shed but needs baths from time to time because his hair is light colored. He is extremely loving and very sweet. Tuffy came from a very loving home but the owners were unable to care for him after a new baby was born into the family.

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
