Zero is an amazing mellow gentleman.   Zero came to us as owner surrender.  He was kept outside on a log chain collar and tie out and no real shelter.  His water bowl an old oil pan and his dog bowl an old tractor seat.  When he first came he was shy and was very unsure about being in the house.  He would only sleep on the rug in the kitchen but over time he has found how to be a dog as part of the family again.  He loves sleeping on the couch and playing with his dog family.  His favorite person is our 4 year old boy.  He and Zero have an amazing bond and Zero just loves kids.   He has not been kenneled at his foster family and does nothing wrong when left home alone.  He had not even had one accident in the house.  Zero had really taken to being in a home and being loved.  The only time Zero barks is when he is playing, waiting for dinner, or if someone comes to the door.   Zero needs a fenced in yard or tie-out because he does like to explore a little too far from home.  Zero may need a few weeks to get adjusted to a new home but once settled in he will be an amazing addition to any family and will keep you warm on the couch.  He is not a very active boy but being in a home with another playful dog and some kids would be ideal for him.

Zero's  adoption fee includes: rabies vaccination, DHPP vaccination, Bordetella vaccination, de-wormer, 4DX heartworm/tick disease test, neuter, flea and tick preventive,(seasonal) heartworm preventive (seasonal) pre-paid micro-chip, and a full veterinary exam. Adoption fee: $275.00 

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
