Juneau

Juneau is a God send! We love her and couldn't have worked with a better foster and program. So glad we found her!! Thanks!!! Be blessed, Annie

Annabelle

NDLB- I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for bringing Annabelle (now affectionately called Minnie Mouse) into our lives. She has been a complete blessing from day one. She is kind, gentle, loving and Very smart. She loves everyone she meets and we have never seen one ounce of aggression. She is now 9 months old and thriving at 60lbs! :) she is kennel trained and fully potty trained. Along with knowing how to sit, lay, shake, dance, heel and come. She and my 2 1/2 yr old daughter are best friends and spend many hours daily running laps around our home. Thank you for all your hard work saving animals. And for allowing us to give Minnie a beautiful home and family. She is a true gift! We love her more than words can say.

Joseph "needs foster"

Hi! My name is Joe-Joe. My vet papers list me as “Little Joe” and the nice people at No Dog Left Behind listed me as “Joseph,” but everybody calls me Joe-Joe, so my mummy decided not to change it. I’ve even got it blinged out on my sparkly new tag that has my mummy’s name on the back, because she doesn’t ever want to lose me. My first day was a little scary because there was a lot of commotion at the house. Mummy drove all the way to Isanti with my Grammie and Great-Gramma to see me. I knew right away she was my mummy and snuggled right in her lap. But mummy comes from a big family, and even though her house is quiet most of the time, everybody wanted to meet me my first day. Everybody loved me, but I was a little nervous. Luckily, it was soon back to just me, mummy, and my auntie Karen very soon. We don’t know when my real birthday is because the Humane Society found me in a hospital parking lot last year. But we decided my adoption day would be my birthday. (Don’t tell anybody, but mummy gave me steak!) It was a big week for me because I got my hair cut, mummy kept bringing me all kinds of toys, and I had my first outing to meet other family dogs. I was a very good boy. I even got an A+ grade from Petsmart and they want me to come back because I’m such a sweetie. I snort and I snore, but mummy still lets me sleep with her. She snores a little, too. Mummy loves me very much and is so happy to have me. She’s so glad I picked her forever home.

Lucky

Hi my name is Vic but my foster name was Lucky. I am the beagle sleeping on top of my older sister, Annie. I am a lucky dog because I was rescued by some neighbors spending several days hiding out on their block and keeping everyone awake by howling at night. My foster family ended up adopting me and re-naming me Vic for the Victory neighborhood where I was found. I am currently working on passing obedience training 101 and my family keeps busy taking me to the dog park to wear off my large reserves of puppy energy. Otherwise I love to spend my down time sleeping on the couch or playing with chew toys.

Sophie

I would like to thank everyone at NDLB for letting us adopt Sophie! She is a dog that was meant to be part of our family. We love her very, very much. Sophie has a quirky personality all her own. She loves to snuggle, hunt, swim, fetch the ball, and play with her sister Laddie. Thank you! Patty F. Princeton, MN
