Luna is doing really great! She loves to chew on bones and chase tennis balls. She is a great waking buddy and quite the snuggler! She is an amazing addition to my life! Thank you so much for telling me about her.

Souri

Souri (now Timber), and Sleepy (now Lexi) have brought nothing but joy and laughter to our home. We adopted both dogs together so they would have a playmate. They are learning some basic commands; heel, sit and stay. They enjoy walks and playing fetch. They never object to kenneling up and always sleep together, or rather sleeping on top of each other. They are almost mistake free in their housetraining and can’t wait for the snow to melt so they can fully explore the back yard. We want to thank NDLBRescue for their assistance in adopting these two wonderful dogs. This is our fourth rescue adoption, and by far the best experience we have ever had.

Bella

Hello to my friends at NDLB! I hope everyone is well! I’ve been a busy puppy learning all the new smells and routines of my new family! I’m always chewing on my big sister Ruby’s(yellow lab) ears and legs!! She is so much fun to play with and she lets me win! My big sister Shawny(dachshund) lets me lay by her once in a while but I’d REALLY like to play with her, my family tells me she’s to old to play. This makes me sad. I also have a crazy looking sister who’s the same age as me! Her name is Daffodil and my family calls her a bunny, I think she looks like a puppy. Whatever she is she’s TONS of fun to chase, when I’m not looking she sneaks up and chases me! I also have 4 dachshund cousins! Every morning it’s my job to wake my human sister and brother with kisses all over their faces and I never forget their ears!! As you can see I’m a very busy girl who is adjusting great to this new family life!! Guess what else, I NEVER have to be in a crate!!! Thank you SO much for giving me the chance to live a real life outside of a crate! My family gives me kisses and hugs everyday! They tell me all the time how much they love me, even if I like to play outside and come inside to go potty. Oops, maybe someday I’ll remember. Thanks again for my new life! Boots

She has been a wonderful and smart dog and gets lots of love. She has a cabin that she goes to about every other week and knows exactly where she's going when the suitcases come out she hops in the car by herself. One of the pictures she actually looks like she's smiling showing her teeth. We feel very blessed to have her come into our lives. Thank you for choosing us!

Panda

Angus (formerly Panda). Angus has been a huge joy to have in our home from the moment we brought him in. He has bonded with his 'brother', Dexter, and has brought a new type of love into the house. Angus is incredibly energetic, friendly, and intuitive. He waits by the door for my husband and I to come home and makes the biggest deal of seeing us. He is doing wonderfully and we are so happy to have found him through NDLB.
