Bailey is a darling dog who is hungry for love and attention. She does suffer from separation anxiety by barking and whining when she’s left alone. She is unsure of her new surroundings, wants to please and looks for constant approval. Gaining her trust by showering her with love and cuddles is helping. She is good with strangers and other dogs after her initial warning bark. She does best as the only animal (dog/cat) in the house as she is territorial. Bailey only tolerates my yorkie dog and will snarl when enticed to play by my dog, share toys, or share the attention. She loves, loves going on walks and going for car rides. She doesn’t pull on the leash, and behaves very well in the car. Being caged is traumatic for her so when needed she is fine in a gated area. Bailey is quite content to sit by your side rather than run around in the yard. She’ll let you know when she needs to go outside for potty breaks. She has gained the right to have the run of the home and sleeping on the bed at night. Bailey just wants love & cuddles and she will be that wonderful companion you’re looking for.
Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, dental, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX, flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $395.00
