Hello everyone, I am Marigold, a beautiful, beautiful young adult Golden Mini Poodle around 3 years old, released by a breeder there. I am the perfect size (around 30 lbs at my ideal weight, even though I’m a little thin now) and a Gold Medal snuggle buddy. I was a breeding momma machine for the first years of my life and after nurturing and loving all my babies I am ready to be loved by my one true human(s) family. I am affectionate, smart, very timid,  skittish and fearful of sudden and loud movements (from years spent in commercial breeding), but still pretty quiet and chill. I haven’t really shown my foster family my playful side yet, but they know I have one in me, it will just take time and patience to come out. I am amazing with other doggies, even the grumpy ones. I have the most sweet natured demeanor and would be the most excellent companion for a couple looking for an amazing fur baby. I walk pretty well on a leash, but I tend to follow my leader not lead. I startle easily and will run at top speed if scared, so a fenced yard with a 6ft height is highly recommended or a really secure tie out. I also have shown I’m a leaper and I will jump my way out of anything if I want to see what is on the other side. My foster family keeps a leash on me at all times just to keep me safe and feeling secure. I am really good in my kennel and often hang out there with my family nearby. I love a good ottoman and cozy chair too. I LOVE apples, treats, bully sticks and feeding time. I am pretty shy up front, but with soft words of encouragement, I do warm up quickly and especially love my momma and follow her everywhere. My foster momma is pretty convinced that I will be the most perfect puppy ever, once I feel cozy and safe in my forever home. Do you have room in your heart for me?

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, dental, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX ,  flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $495.00

We are 100% volunteer based, so on occasion it could take more than the standard 24 hours.
