Libby is a sweet 2 1/2 year old Dachshund mix. She does very well with multiple dogs in the home (all sizes).   She is treat motivated and is house trained on a schedule.  Does not soil her kennel. Settles down at night nicely.  Kennels beautifully. Rides nice and quiet in car.  Tolerates a leash. I would not recommend shared walls as she can get excited over noises. A big lap dog!!  She’s a love bug and loves her people and other dogs.  Not high energy but she would need regular exercise.  She is learning how to be a dog as she came from hoarding situation in Arkansas.  She will be a great family member. She is a wonderful size for kids and older people.  Recommend a fenced yard and another dog in the home (big or small).                                          Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $475.00
