Odie

I just wanted to let you know how Odie is doing . It's been almost 6 months since we rescued Odie and he is fitting in great . He still has some peeing issues , but that is slowly getting better . He doesn't do it with us anymore . He's such a sensitive soul , he carries his blanket around and when we go up to bed , he grabs it and follows us upstairs . He's a good listener too , we can have him off leash any time . It's sad , someone took the time to train him .... But he's living the good life now , a nice yard , a lake for swimming , he loves his car rides and boat rides too .

Pepper

I just wanted to send you both an update on Pepper the schnauzer John and I adopted from No Dog Left Behind in the beginning of June. He is an absolutely amazing dog and we are so happy to have him in our family. He has settled in nicely and is used to our routine. He and Lola, our other dog, are the best of friends. They love to wrestle, chase, and lay on the recliner next to each other and look out the window. Pepper loves to chase squirrels and watch birds in the back yard. He is a very snuggly little guy. I have attached a few pictures to show you him in his new home. Thank you again!

Sheriff

Sheriff has now completed Level 2 obedience and will be working in the next 6-12 months to become a therapy dog. We are loving having him as part of our family!

Chase

His name before was Chase and is now our little, well not so little Bennett. He just had his first birthday and still full of joy and energy! Bennett is a very happy puppy, we always say he never stops wagging his tail. His buddy In the house is a 2 year old orange tabby cat named Leo. They follow each other around and love to lay on the patio together! We love having Bennett, he brings alot of Joy to our family!

Chewy

Chewy is now Ace and was adopted by one of our volunteers. Ace is one of Dixie's puppies born 12/26/11. He is a smart well trained loving boy.
